  • What is the check-in/check-out time at the hotel?
    Check–in time is 15:00.
    Check–out time is 12:00.
  • What documents are required to check into the hotel?
    Check-in at the hotel is possible upon presentation of an identity document issued in accordance with the established procedure.:
    • passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, which certifies the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation;
    • passport of a citizen of the USSR, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation, until it is replaced by a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation within the prescribed period;
    • Birth certificate (for a person under the age of 14);
    • a passport certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation
    • a passport of a foreign citizen or other document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a foreign citizen;
    • a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a stateless person;
    • temporary residence permit for a stateless person;
    • residence permit for a stateless person;
    • a document certifying the identity of a serviceman of the Russian Federation - during the period of mobilization, during the period of martial law and during wartime (used in case of settlement of consumers in the type of accommodation facility "hotel");
    • Russian national driver's license.
  • Is it possible for all guests to check into the room using the same passport?
    No. We register all the guests who stay in the room and each guest must present the originals of the necessary documents.
  • Can I invite guests to my room?
    Yes, guests without registration can stay in the room from 10 to 23.00.
  • How can I make changes to a reservation or cancel a reservation?
    If you have made a reservation on our official website: Go to the booking confirmation and select the appropriate item to change. If you want to make changes and the check-in date has arrived, please contact the hotel's reception desk.;

    If you have made an advance payment upon Booking, upon cancellation of the reservation, the funds will be refunded to the card from which the prepayment was made, minus the cancellation fee (if provided for in the tariff). The return time is usually 5-7 business days, the maximum time for processing a refund by the payment system is up to 30 calendar days. The timing of funds transfer to the card depends on your bank.
    Important! If you have made a reservation through other electronic booking channels, you can only make changes there.
  • Is it possible to check into a hotel without prior reservation?
    Of course, if rooms are available, the hotel provides accommodation for a guest arriving without prior reservation.
  • Can the hotel cancel my booking itself?
    With a guaranteed reservation, if the guest does not arrive before 12:00 on the date following the arrival date, the Reservation must be cancelled unilaterally by the hotel. 
  • Is there breakfast in the hotel and where can I have dinner?
    Currently, our hotel does not provide any catering options for our guests. Our hotel is an apartment complex in which all rooms of the hotel are equipped with kitchens, refrigerators, microwave ovens and dishes for self-cooking or reheating food.
    A 24-hour supermarket "Magnit 24" is located 500 meters from the hotel, where you can buy everything you need. You can also order fresh and hot dishes with delivery in Murmansk from KULTPITSA in advance of your arrival at the hotel (cultpizza.ru)
  • Is there parking at the hotel?
    Yes. 24-hour free unguarded parking is available on site for our guests.
  • Are there rooms for smokers?
    No. Smoking is prohibited on site.
  • Is it possible to stay with pets?
